Mr. Lancione graduated from Bellaire High School in 1959. He attended Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio for one year. He then transferred to The Ohio State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Economics in 1963. Mr. Lancione attended The Ohio State University College of Law and graduated in 1966. He was admitted to the practice of law in the Fall of 1966.
Mr. Lancione practiced law in Columbus, Ohio, until March of 1968. He then came back to Belmont County and joined his father, A.G. Lancione, and his brother, Bernard G. Lancione, in a law partnership known as Lancione, Lancione & Lancione, in Bellaire, Ohio.
While he was at The Ohio State University, he worked for the Department of Transportation of the Summer of 1961. Mr. Lancione worked as a page in the Ohio House of Representatives from the Fall of 1961 through 1963. He worked for the Ohio Legislative Service Commission for two years, 1965 to 1966.
Mr. Lancione has been in the private practice of law, with the offices in Bellaire, since 1968. He has been involved in many diverse areas of the law over the years. He handled many trials and settled cases worth millions of dollars. At the present time, Mr. Lancione handles personal injury, land owners oil and gas cases, employment law, class actions, trials, wrongful death, and will contest cases. He also does work for clients who own small businesses.
Mr. Lancione is a member of the Belmont County, Ohio Bar Association. He is also a member of the Ohio Association for Justice, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and American Judicature Society.
Mr. Lancione can practice in all Ohio courts, The Federal District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the Federal Court of Claims and the U.S. Supreme Court.
He has been active in the community as well as the legal field. He has been the president of the Bellaire Chamber of Commerce, the president of the Bellaire Kiwanis Club, the chairman of the Belmont County Salvation Army Advisory Board, vice-chairman of the Ohio University Regional Coordinating Council, chairman of the Board of the National Imperials Glass Collector’s Society, a board member of the Bellaire Glass Museum and the chairman of the Bellaire Glass Festival. Mr. Lancione has been involved in numerous other community activities.
Mr. Lancione has been invited to be a member of a selected group of attorneys who champion the right of trial by jury. He has been a member of that group, the American Board of Trial Advocates, since 1998.
Mr. Lancione has been married to the former Joyce Gianangeli since 1963. They have two children, Brant and Tracey, and five grandchildren.Tracey has been associated with the practice of law in this office since 1990.
He has been chosen as a Super Lawyer by Cincinnati Magazine for the last 6 years. Mr. Lancione has also been named as one of top 100 Lawyers in the State of Ohio every year since 2010, and in 2014 he was named as a member of the top 1% of lawyers in the United States by the National Association of Distinguished Council.

Tracey Lancione Lloyd
Ms. Lloyd graduated from Bellaire High School in 1983. She attended The Ohio State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism in 1987. Ms. Lloyd attended Capital University Law School and graduated in 1990. She was admitted to the practice of law in the Fall of 1990.
While Ms. Lloyd was at The Ohio State University, She worked as a page in the Ohio House of Representatives for two years. While in law school she clerked for a local firm in Columbus which specialized in insurance work.
Ms. Lloyd came back to Belmont County upon her graduation and joined her father, Richard L. Lancione, and his partners, in a law partnership in Bellaire, Ohio. She became a Partner in the firm in 1994.
She has been in the private practice of law with our offices in Bellaire, since 1990. Ms. Lloyd has handled many types of cases in her 25 years of practice. Currently, she handles land owner oil and gas issues, including favorable negotiations of oil and gas contracts on behalf of her clients. She also handles Wills, Guardianships and Estates, Real Estate and Corporate transactions, and Social Security Disability claims. She has served as general counsel for local corporations, such as Muxie Distributing Company, and Ohio Fireworks Company for several years.
Ms. Lloyd is a member of the Belmont County and Ohio State Bar Association. She has served as Treasurer of the local bar association for the last 18 years.
Ms. Lloyd can practice in all Ohio courts and The Federal District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
She has been active in the community, as well as the legal field. Ms. Lloyd is a member of the Bellaire Chamber of Commerce.
Ms. Lloyd has been married to Scott Lloyd since 1991. They have two children, Spencer and Zachary.
Grace L. Hoffman
Ms. Hoffman graduated from John Marshall High School in Glen Dale, WV. She attended West Liberty State College and graduated with highest honors in 1983. Ms. Hoffman worked for several years before she decided to attend law school. She attended Duquesne University School of Law on an academic scholarship. She was the mother of two young sons at this time and commuted from her home in Glen Dale, WV in order to attend. Ms. Hoffman graduated in 1990 and was admitted to practice of law in the State of Ohio in 1991.
Ms. Hoffman joined the practice of Burech and Sargus upon her graduation from law school. She moved her family to Belmont County, Ohio in order to become a part of the community that she served.
Ms. Hoffman joined the firm of Lancione, Lloyd and Hoffman in 2008, as she saw it as a wonderful opportunity for her to grow as an attorney and to expand the number of clients that she served. Ms. Hoffman has handled numerous types of cases since she began practicing law. Presently, Ms. Hoffman handles dissolution, custody, visitation and all aspects of family law. She handles wills, estates and does estate planning, guardianships and real estate transactions. She handles general civil litigation and appellate work and also does corporate work.
Ms. Hoffman is a referral attorney for the Hyatt Legal Plan and the local National Education Association. She is also an assistant prosecuting attorney in Belmont County handling the child support division.
Ms. Hoffman is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Belmont County Bar Association. She has served as secretary for the local bar since 1995.
Ms. Hoffman can practice in all Ohio courts and also in the Federal District Court for the Southern District Ohio.
She has been active in the community as well as the legal field. She has been involved in Rotary, Tri-County Women's Help Center, St. Clairsville Little Devils wrestling and the Salvation Army.
Ms. Hoffman has two sons, Morgan and Myles Bettinazzi, and one grandson, Quentin and one granddaughter, Mylie.
